Trying to help my MIL find a book she read
What she remembers is that it’s about a woman who is a journalist that was born in turkey and fled with her father and ended up in Haiti.
The only other thing she remembers is that she heard about it on NPR some years ago.
If anyone has any clues on what the book is we would be very grateful.
