Books that discuss differences (especially psychological) between liberals and conservatives?

I have become increasingly interested in this topic, as many of the books I have been reading have briefly touched on it.

For example: Conservatives are more well-organized, more likely to donate money to people in need, but liberals are more tolerant. Liberals think of themselves in terms of groups, but conservatives as individuals.
