Hi there!
I love the TV/movie genre of period dramas but with modern dialogue (The Great, My Lady Jane, Marie Antionette, The Favourite, The decameron, Enola Holmes) and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for books with a similar vibe. I have already read the books in the My Lady Jane series, and I loved it!
I am looking for more adult fiction than YA, but if you have something that sounds like this I want to hear it 🙂
