Recommend books that will help you become a better leader and help in communication

I've always been inspired by characters who have leadership traits. And I wanted to see myself like that.
I made many decisions, and also took on responsibilities in organizing something, or helping. But unfortunately, my traits are not as manifested as I would like.
Because of the difficulties with autism, many things are harder, especially communication and meeting people.
