I would save one of my favourite books instead because self help books are a scam…
… Or rather, wait, i would totally save a self help book and become a millionaire out of stating the obvious to people who think reading about (but not acting on) the obvious counts as an action of self improvement. Then id releave volume 2-3-4,etc every year.
