I've noticed that Im actually a pretty paranoid person. Does anyone have any books (nonfiction) that are good for dealing with fear? Thanks for any recommendations you might give, id really appreciate it.
The Gift of Fear by Gavin deBecker. It’s about intuition, why you should listen to it, and how constant worry blocks it out. Learning how it works actually helped me become less paranoid.
