I want to get her a new book for the Halloween season. Something spooky, full-on horror genre might be a little much, but she doesn’t really read in that genre and maybe she’d like it. A little spice is ok but not a priority and outright smut isn’t her thing (so she says).
The newer the better. She reads a lot, but again, this genre isn’t really her thing so something less recent would probably be fine.
