I read Addie LaRue a few months ago, and honestly I didn’t love it. I found the whole story a little boring and it took me forever to finish. I did want to give V.E Schwab’s books another chance so I read Vicious and I LOVED IT. I mean, I had to look past a lot of problems within the plot, but it kept me hooked and I appreciate that in a book. I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for similar vibes? For reference I also love all of Sarah J Maas’s books and the Skyward series by Brandon Sanderson.
