I have been working on myself in terms of communication with my peers. I have tremendously improved over the year but a few days ago received another complaint about an “aggressive” tone where in my opinion I felt it was assertive. That situation is a TLDR type of scenario and did not want to put it in the body. Any books anyone can recommend on how to identify aggressive communication and how to communicate in an assertive tone.
