Waiting for Three Body Problem to be available at the library, what to read meanwhile?

I am currently 6th on waitlist for Three Body Problem from my city's library. I am going to need reading material this week and am heading to the library today to pick something up in the meantime. I am looking for something sci-fi or fantasy. Something maybe mind-bending, creepy, or eerie.
