I read most of Crime and Punishment years ago, I haven’t read any of his other works but I keep hearing about how good they are. I’m wondering if I would get more out of his books if I read them in publication order. Did his writing style change over the years? Also I have a question about translations, I have this collection of his works, but I can seem to find anything on the translation. I heard the newer translations of his books are better, they get his tone closer to what he intended.
