It does not have to have ghosts in it – that’s not the thing, although I do enjoy supernatural stuff (I also love charmed, for example). It is just the cozy cheesy vibe of the show with the small town, Melinda’s house, the antique shop, the loving partner and loyal friends…

Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune is ghosty and quite good
*The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency* series. Nothing supernatural, and the books are set in Africa, but they definitely have the cozy vibe you are looking for. Very sweet, heartwarming books.
