Hi all, I have a 10 year old daughter who devoured the Eragon book series and now would like something new and similar for Christmas. We are just wondering if anyone has any ideas, don't want anything with sex scenes in it 😂.. Thank you 😁

Mistborn is probably the answer but may be a little old for her to understand the deeper conflicts and there are some darker scenes. Depends on how advanced of a reader she is
Did she enjoy the dragons aspect? She might like the Wings of Fire series? It’s an easier read than Eragon but there are a lot of books in the series. There’s also The Last Dragon Chronicles by Chris D’Lacey, a bit meatier than Wings of Fire.
Keepers of the Lost Cities might be up her alley, too, if she’s not stuck on the dragons aspect.
