I've gifted my mum just about every Margaret Atwood book for every holiday, she especially loved "The Heart Goes Last", 'The Blind Assassin", and of course "The Handmaids Tale".
But now I need to get her some new books now that she has made her way through all of them. She always looks forward to getting new books and I want to make sure it's something she will like. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Anything by Naomi Alderman should work. And maybe Helen Phillips
Parable of the Sower by Octavia E. Butler
She may enjoy Lisa See’s works – Lady Tan’s Circle of Women or the Island of Sea Women.
Check out The Loft by Marlen Haushofer. And perhaps some Angela Carter if she hasn’t already read her work.
I’m currently reading the audiobook version of The Testaments, which is a follow up to Handmaid’s Tale, and I’m enjoying it even more than the first!
This might be a stupid question but has she read The Edible Woman by Atwood? If not I’d suggest it 🙂
Maybe something by Ursula K. Le Guin, Octavia Butler, or even Virginia Woolf. Sorry, I know these aren’t particular book suggestions, but thought you might look through some to see what your mom might like.
Atwood’s MaddAddam trilogy is incredible.
