I'm searching for recs for my nephew after he absolutely fell in love with The Phantom Tollbooth like he never has before with a book. l've found a couple ideas like the illustrator's "A Barrel of Laughs, A Vale of Tears."
I know I must've read this at some point as a kid but I don't remember it enough to know why it sparked such an interest in reading in my nephew but I want to keep it going!
He and his brother definitely have a solid Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Goosebumps collection as well
