I want any recommendation you might have. It can be gay or straight I don't have a preference as long as it's not the entire plot line but is still there. I don't know if that makes sense but I hope it does.
How minor plot do you prefer? I’m not too familiar with the romance genre, though I have read books including such plots even if it’s not enough to earn the “romance” tag on book sites. Let me know if you’re fine with such books and I can dig up a couple series I read that may work.

Scythe by Neil Shusterman has a romance aspect, but no real romance involved! But it is more dystopian fantasy!
