Would someone familiar with the aritists above mijd recommending me a book/author my mother might enjoy? These are her favorite authors so I’m hoping I can compile enough answers for a solid pick for a Christmas gift!

Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell
Cathy Lamb and Dorothea Benton Frank immediately come to mind for me.
Last time I was me by Lamb is by far my favorite of her books and with DBF I find myself rereading Sullivans Island, Plantation and Isle of Palms all the time.
Emily Henry seems kind of in the same vein… Book Lovers is my fave from her.
Rosamond Pilcher springs to mind but she *might* be a little too old-fashioned–I’ll leave that up to you.
