Hi everyone!
I've only just recently gotten back into reading. I REALLY enjoy villain characters, and I've been diving into a lot of books with a focus on them.
I was hoping to get recommendations on books with villains that feel like classic Disney villains. Theatrical, extravagant, campy, are clearly relishing and having fun with their evil ways, powerful and still a legitimate threat despite their campiness, probably some kind of magic-user… A fantasy/fairytale type of setting is preferable but I'm open to other genres!
So far I've read and GREATLY enjoyed Long Live Evil by Sarah Rees Brennan, The Evil Queen by Gena Showalter, Starter Villain by John Scalzi, and I'm currently in the middle of Dreadful by Caitlin Rozakis. Those have similar vibes to what I'm looking for, but the villainous character doesn't necessarily HAVE to be the main protagonist/POV character like those books. I just think those types of characters are a lot of fun. I also know Disney themselves have released a lot of books about their villains, telling their sides of the story and whatnot, and I totally intend to read those!
Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can offer!

Ridley Pearson’s Kingdom Keepers series! [https://ridleypearson.com/genre/kingdom-keepers/](https://ridleypearson.com/genre/kingdom-keepers/) They are so fun and really quick reads. There is a villian’s series too but I’d read the original ones first.
