Suggest me a book that is a thrilling mystery investigation.

I usually prefer the private eye hardboiled stories. Some comedy is great too.
I’ve enjoyed the IQ series, November Road, S.A. Crosby, The City of the dead by Sara Gran, The lonely witness, The last thing he told me.
