A beautiful descriptive fantasy book

Just a single one. So not a series. I’ve read a lot of series already and now looking for stand alone books that are fantasy or sci fi. I love descriptive books with a nice rhythm. I read in English but it’s not my mother tongue so not too hard (deep fantasy or story’s with a million storylines).
