30, single, starting over

Hi all! As the title says- I’m an almost 30F who recently left a 5 year relationship with the person I thought I would marry. I just moved out of the house we built together and back in with my parents. I have a great job but I’m feeling so directionless. I’m unsure if I should buy a house in my hometown, move to a new city, move to a new country, etc. My life feels completely up in the air and on pause.

Anyone have any recommendations that would help with this feeling? Open to self help, fiction, really anything related to starting over. TIA!
