While the comas in {{The Dead Zone}} and {{Project Hail Mary}} only lasted for four years they both are interesting books that interleave recovery from coma with the need to rapidly adapt to the changed situation (even if world as a whole did not change much).

have you checked out The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger? It’s not exactly about waking from a coma, but it’s got a similar vibe with time travel and experiencing changes in the future. Great read!
