My child is going to be going into middle school soon and it's been a fairly standard conversation in our home, but I would like a good book on the subject of puberty, and sexuality that they can reference themselves. We're a non-religious household and would prefer something that reflects that.

My mom threw that American Girls book, Care and Keeping of You: The Body Book for Girls at me and called it a day lol.
But that aside, they have since modified it and have a book for geared for younger girls and one for older girls now.
