Contemporary Fiction set in China?

I’m looking for a fiction novel set in contemporary China! I’m going on holidays this winter and love my books to reflect the atmosphere and setting I’m currently in.

I would prefer contemporary or modern stories, and would be down for translated fiction…. but please no historical fiction!

Any modern story where the backdrop is Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Xi’an or any other city in China would be perfect 🙂
