Easy to follow but meaningful books

Hey there! I am sick as all get out and have been whipping through books this week.

My fever is making following funky writing pretty difficult. The four I’ve tried and gave up on are the second in the locked tomb series, the fifth season, the unbroken & Metal from heaven

I got though the 900+ pages of The Ballad of Song Birds & Snakes and then Sunrise on the Reaping in a day. Then a couple other simpler to follow books. I reread braiding sweetgrass and her other two books today. Now I’m trying to find what’s next.

I love sci fi, fantasy, fiction, prose and while I do love non fiction I’m not interested in any of it rn.

What deep worlds that are meaningful yet easy to fall into & follow do you love??
