Looking for a book(s) about moving on from hurtful situations in the past; maybe this includes forgiveness, but the person who did the hurting is deceased, so simply looking for something that logically presents ways to let go, move on, and release the impact of prior hurtful experiences. Prefer something non-religious/spiritual for this.
ETA: not opposed to fiction, but thinking non-fiction and self-help books would work best here.
