Have read most Sanderson books including tress of the emerald sea
I've read priory of the orange tree, the everlasting, and city of bones by martha wells (this one has both male and female MCs which is also fine with me)
Can be urban fantasy, high fantasy, horror fantasy, lol as long as it's/there's fantasy
Thank you!

It’s a trilogy but Shadow of the Fox by Julie Kagawa – Japanese mythology fantasy. And you might like Heartless by Marissa Meyer – standalone retelling of Queen of Hearts from Wonderland.
Duology:
Patricia McKillip – The Sorceress and the Cygnet and The Cygnet and the Firebird
T. Kingfisher – Clockwork Boys and The Wonder Engine
Standalone:
Joe Abercrombie – Best Served Cold
Anna Spark Smith – A Woman of the Sword
Patricia McKillip – Alphabet of Thorn, The Changeling Sea, Ombria in Shadow
Terry Pratchett – Equal Rites, Wyrd Sisters, Witches Abroad, Lords and Ladies, Maskerade and Carpe Jugulum
These are all Granny Waetherwax books.
Neil Gaiman – Ocean At The End of the Lane (A boy but also mostly women/girls)
Daniel Abraham – Age of Ash (it is part of a trilogy but can be read as a standalone as the next lot of books ins’t a continuation in time/events but just POVs of different characters)
