The British Library press Tales of the Weird collections would fit the bill, if you like short stories. They’re anthologies by author, by theme, and by place, and a couple standalone lesser-known works. Really worth checking out if that’s your bag.
Silvia Moreno Garcia and Isabel Canas are newer authors who have some really zippy vampire/werewolf/supernatural novels. And Patrick Suskind’s Perfume is more on the body horror side of things but also very good.
