“Braiding Sweetgrass” by Robin Wall Kimmerer has made me think a lot more about overconsumption, I read this book a couple years ago and it still comes into my mind regularly. Also just gorgeously written. I highly recommend the audiobook because the author reads it and she also has such a lovely voice.
