Books on marital conflicts

I'm dealing with an on-and-off rough patch with my husband, and I’m looking for book suggestions. I'm especially interested in stories where characters reflect on their relationships and come to a clearer understanding of what they're going through.

Our conflict often comes from expectations not being met and from having a low tolerance when things don’t go as hoped.
