Books where they are actually at each other's throats & can't possibly be together not where one is just mean to another for no reason & then they argue a lil & get rolling to the bed scene. Some angst, romance not being the whole point, great characters etc. I'm describing things quite messily I know but yeah that's kinda what I'm looking for, anyway, drop your recs, TIA

Uprooted by Naomi Novik if you’re open to YA fantasy. Overall one of my favorite books, fantastic self contained story. They are true enemies to lovers, but it’s a subplot of a great story.
