Im looking for books that are about fictional tribes like the Fremen from Dune or the Dothraki from ASOIAF. Whether it’s fantasy or sci-fi. Not looking for real-life tribes!

The Tiger and The Wolf by Adrian Tchaikovsky. A fantasy trilogy about shapeshifting tribal people. Different communities are different animals, but they are all fairly primitive- huts and caves, no castles.
