Good Omens might fit the bill, by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. I like the book better than the show.

Second apocalypse is inspired by dune but it’s all fake religions but it’s my favorite series. The road is post apocalypse and I’m pretty sure the main dude at least hates god
