Books for men about tapping into their feminine side

Looking for non-fiction books. Science-based or nature-based are cool. Father of 18mo and 7yo girls. Just finished reading Carrie (I know, fiction) and it got me thinking about how better rounded I can be in terms of sensitivity and the female worldview.
The Flowering Wand by Sophie Strand looks intriguing….
