I am looking to buy a hardcover copy of Between Two Fires that comes out in March. I would order it from Amazon, but every time I order from them the books arrive damaged. The options I can see are ThriftBooks, Barnes & Nobles, Books-a-Million, Bookshop, and Powell's. I'm just hoping that one of these companies packs their books well.

Do live in/near a city? You can find a local book shop and have them pre order for you.
