Hello. I am taking a time off social media to focus on myself. I want to go on one month journey and I am looking for books that can occupy me and help me to become a better version of myself.
If I ask you to recommend 3-4 books for self improvement, which ones you will recommend and why?
Rich dad, poor dad is on my list but I am open to remove it and replace it with another book.
I struggle a lot with self-esteem and I feel like I need to develop a better personality and change for better. I am diagnosed with general anxiety disorder so any books that can help with this is amazing. Also a bit of ADHD that has been crippling that shit out of me

Are you looking to read something where other people have described their journey so you can reflect on how that applies to you or more of a workbook designed to take you through a process? And do you want one with a spiritual component or no?
I have heard bad things about Rich Dad, Poor Dad (to elaborate a bit, the author is actually doing terribly financially and in a lot of debt, so the advice he gives isn’t very good), and have instead been recommended I Will Teach You To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi
Regarding anxiety, for [this previous question](https://www.reddit.com/r/suggestmeabook/comments/1pkualy/anxiety_feel_inadequate_confidence_book/) I recommended:
* Provenance by Ann Leckie
* Someone You Can Build a Nest In by John Wiswell
* The Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells
