    Hi there! I’m struggling quite a lot at the moment with anxiety, feeling low and constantly over thinking every single thing and feeling like I’ve upset everyone when in fact I have not. Just your usual spiraling ha.

    Can you recommend any books, fiction or non fiction that helped change your outlook on life?

    I’m feeling pretty lost in life at the moment, and I want to get better and really go into 2026 with a more positive outlook in life. Any recommendations you have would be wonderful.

    1. Hey, this may be a little… oblique, in that it doesn’t necessarily speak exactly to what you’re experiencing, but I would recommend you read *Braiding Sweetgrass*, just to kind of change your perspective about everything in general.
