I’m under quite a bit of stress lately and enjoyed rereading the Little House on the Prairie books, as well as the Betsy-Tacy series. I love the old style living and how wholesome they are.

The Boxcar Children books are cute and there are a million of them. I also loved Caddie Woodlawn and Thimble Summer as a kid. Grew up in the city and the idea of running free surrounded by nature really got me.
