any book suggestions about moving to a new house?

Hello everyone! Books about people moving into new houses and getting stalked by creatures or something of that sort are my favourite, especially because I fit that criteria (minus the horror part) but I would like to romanticize my situation that way by imagining that I am going through such a thing. It would be nice if it also had some woodland/folklore elements (like The Hollow). Does anybody have any suggestions?
