Suggest me a book that would be a manual on how to survive without modern technologies (fridges, electricity etc.).

It'd be the best if the book even came from older times, like the 19th or 18th century. I would like it to be as exhaustive as possible, how to make shelter, clothes, how to preserve food without fridges, how to hunt and butcher etc. After all, majority of our ancestors lived in such conditions, and I want to rediscover their way of life in a way I could implement myself if necessary.
