    1. The imprint, *Rick Riordan Presents*, is what you’re looking for. It’s Rick Riordan’s publishing imprint that publishes *Percy Jackson*-esque stories for mythologies that Rick is unwilling to write about due to not growing up with those stories/is from the cultural background of those mythologies while giving authors from said backgrounds the chance to tell their own stories. So far, I would say the *Aru Shah* series by Roshani Chokshi is my favorite of what I’ve read from it so far.

I’m not sure if it matches the vibe perfectly, but “Lockwood & Co.” series has captivated me just as much as Harry Potter did in its time.

Differently Morphus and Existentially Challenged by Yahtzee Croshaw. Governmental agency involved in the regulation of magic and extra dimensional beings.

Circe by Madeline Miller. The life and times of the half nymph/titan.

If you want a real throwback. . .have you read Rick Riordan’s other series? Kane Chronicles and Magnus Chase follow the Egyptian and Norse gods, respectively 🙂
