Its Christmas time again! My mother wants to buy me a book or two for Christmas but I have no idea of what books I’d want. I have a couple on my reading list, most notably Lonesome Dove and the song of Achilles. However I’m not sure if these are the two I’d settle on. I love fantasy and adventure books, with plot twists and unexpected endings. I especially love dragons and mythical creatures, I’ve gone through the Wings of Fire series when I was younger and it was my absolute favourite back then. I’m about halfway through the Song of Ice and Fire series. Some of my all time favourites include the Throne of Glass series, the Grisha Trilogy and all its spinoffs, and the Percy Jackson series was pretty epic too. I’d appreciate any suggestions! Thanks and have a wonderful Christmas 🙂

The Iron Druid Chronicles by Kevin Hearne (first book: Hounded)
‘Around the World in Eighty Days’ by Jules Verne is an adventure classic that I highly recommend. Follow Phileas Fogg’s race against time as he attempts to circumnavigate the globe. It’s a fun, fast-paced story that showcases the wonders of the industrial age and the indomitable human spirit.
The Scholomance trilogy by Naomi Novik
