Trying to get back to reading

I really enjoyed reading in the past and have fallen off the wagon a bit since pretty much the start of college. I have a bit more free time and really want to get back into reading, but I need a good series.

Series I really enjoyed in the past were The Lorien Chronicles, The Ranger’s Apprentice, and The Inheritance Cycle. I would love something similar or based off of these to get back into reading, medieval/dragon based are a bonus.
