Based on your taste I’d definitely recommend The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison – it’s got that fantasy court intrigue but with really beautiful character development that reminds me of your literary fiction picks
Also maybe try The Priory of the Orange Tree if you haven’t already, it’s chunky fantasy with gorgeous writing
Guns of the Dawn by Adrian Tchaikovsky.
