Engaging nonfiction audiobooks to listen to while I work out, crochet and play cozy games

Hey there! I'm hoping to read more books this year, but my TBR pile is infinite and mostly comprised of fiction. I just don't have the attention spam to sit and read a nonfiction book. However, I did find that I enjoyed nonfiction more in the audio format. (Ironically I hate fiction audiobooks lol)

I wanna use this newfound interest to broaden my education. I started out with self-help books but those got old after a while. Now I wanna learn more about politics and history, especially given the current sociopolitical climate.

Got any suggestions? I'm looking for books that really translate well into the audio form, otherwise I've found it too easy to zone out.
