Something like narnia with no rigid magic structure

Looking for something like Narnia in terms of vibes and a loosely structured magic system. Could be either kids or young adult in genre, as long as it is written well and trusts the reader's intelligence iyk what i mean.

Standalones are preferable, or if it isn’t too long of a series.
