I’m looking for a book where there is a MMC who is struggling through something, and a female love interest comes in and gives him a new reason to live. Can end in tragedy or be happy. I’m down for fantasy or whatever the setting is. I just need a this itch scratched.

Have you read *The Song of Achilles*? Patroclus literally becomes Achilles’ whole world and gives him something beyond just glory to live for. Fair warning though – you said you’re cool with tragedy and this one will absolutely wreck you in the best way
