I'm looking for book recs, can be any genre but I mostly read Romance, Fantasy or 'Romantacy', Psychological Thrillers, Mystery, Smut. I am really prioritizing books that are well written AND that you cannot put down. Open to different types of suggestions as I am compiling a list for the rest of the year but I'd like my next book to be a little more on the lighter side, not too serious. Please no over-hyped 'booktok' books that are poorly written. Thanks!!!

So, ‘can’t-put-it-down’ says more about storytelling to me than the quality of the writing. Some terrific writing is terribly boring to read and doesn’t flow. Great storytellers include John Grisham, Stephen King, Octavia E. Butler, Agatha Christie, J.K. Rowling, and Jim Butcher. Just a thought.
You might enjoy The Everlasting by Alix E Harrow, a twisty, trippy, beautifully-written fantasy romance epic, with hints of Arthurian legend and time travel.
I have really enjoyed novels by B.K. Borison (romance). I feel like the chemistry between the characters is so real. Really enjoyed Good Spirits and First Time Caller
