Among others, I enjoy reading crime novels! But I noticed most of the ones I read are written by Scandinavian authors. I am into Chinese and Japanese culture as well, and was wondering if you guys knew any good crime novels by a Chinese/Japanese author, or crime novels that take place in China or Japan 🥺

I recommend Ranpo Edogawa’s *Japanese Tales of Mystery and Imagination.* It’s a collection of short stories. Many of them left me speechless.
