I want to dip my toe in fantasy but don’t know where to start.

I usually read romance/rom-com and thriller but I’m trying to broaden my horizons this year. I would like to give fantasy a try but I’m not sure where to start. I don’t want to fully commit but I wouldn’t mind dipping my toe in some fantasy books that aren’t…overwhelming as other fantasy books could be. I wouldn’t mind something more simple and easy to follow along to right now. I have read the Forth Wing series and I did enjoy the first book, but by the third book I sort of lost interest and felt like it was a lot to keep up with.
